Happy Mardi Gras

I know it has been a while since I last posted. Things have been so crazy lately. I hope everyone had a great Mardi Gras! I was sick most of the weekend, but managed to go to one parade. After that, I was done...on the couch the rest of the weekend and Monday. Brent's birthday was Sunday and I was unable to go to Cabella's or eat lunch with him. We ended up just watching the Super Bowl at home, which was fine with me since I was under the weather.

Fat Tuesday was WORK!!! Not work like I do everyday....MANUAL LABOR!!! Brent had me cutting up trees on our lot all day Tuesday. Since it has been so wet, we have been unable to start our house or even get the trees off our lot. So it was up to us to get it done... and DONE is what we did. I have never worked so hard in my life. Now we are ready for the house pad to get going. We were so exhausted when we got home, all we did was hit the sack.
